Here at CMax Cinemas Palmerston, we are proud to introduce you to Shop CMax, a revolutionary shopping system developed in Australia for Australian cinemas. We are giving you the opportunity to purchase your movie tickets online, as well as other products including Gift Vouchers and Movie Money, all in one transaction. So there's a few things you should know:

• The menu on your left has now changed - there is a new sub menu for Shop CMax. Clicking Home will bring you back to this page.
• Clicking on Products will take you to our Products page, giving you some details and pictures of the products in our store. You can enter your desired quantity and then hit the + button to add these to your Shopping Cart.
• Clicking on Tickets will take you to a list of all of the films and sessions that are currently available for purchasing online. Note that not all sessions are listed here - only sessions with online sales. When you have selected your session, it's time to choose your tickets, and then add them to your Shopping Cart.
• Clicking on Events will take you to a list of the special events upcoming at CMax Cinemas Palmerston.
• Finally, clicking on Shopping Cart will take you to your cart where you can see what you have already selected, as well as modify quantities and remove items.

Are you a CMax VIP Club Member? Well you can use your existing membership to make purchases at Shop CMax - that saves you having to re-type all of your address details in again. You can then even keep track of your orders from the CMax VIP Club area of this website! But don't fret if you are not a CMax VIP Club Member - you can still purchase from Shop CMax without a membership - you just don't have the ability to see the current status of your order.

One important thing to note is that your shopping cart has an idle life of 10 minutes. So while you're browsing Shop CMax, this 10 minute life will continually be reset. But if you remain on the same page for more than 10 minutes, your cart will expire and you will loose the contents of your shopping cart. This has been implemented due to the restricted quantities of some of our products, namely the tickets, and a 10 minute timeout restricts users from 'holding' tickets without intent to buy. So just keep active on the Shop and you'll be fine.
