CMax Cinemas Palmerston respects the privacy of our patrons, and are committed to respecting your privacy.

CMax Cinemas Palmerston enables you to make purchases for movie tickets and/or other products, and in doing so requires personal details to identify your order and, where applicable, post your order to you. We do not sell, trade or freely distribute your personal details with any other company. We may, however, need to disclose selections of your personal information to a third party (Australia Post) in order to provide one of our services. This disclosure of information will include name, address and telephone number(s) only. In the case of fraudulent activity online, all relevant personal details will be passed to the authorities, and dealt with under state and federal law.

If you are a CMax VIP Club Member, your details are stored on our server, and you can change these details via the CMax VIP Club area of this website. Access to your personal details are password protected.

Payment facilities have been provided by National Australia Bank using the National Secure Internet Payment Service. All credit card details are not entered on CMax Cinemas website, and CMax Cinemas do not receive or have access to your credit card details.

While browsing the site, session variables are used on the server to successfully and uniquely identify each user. When your session ends, these variables will expire. There are components of this site which may utilise cookies on your local computer. These cookies are voluntary and will only store your CMax VIP Club username, assuming you are a member. Password and credit card details are not stored any where in our database, on our server or by our website on your computer.

CMax Cinemas Palmerston will never contact you via email requesting credit card details or passwords. If you receive any suspicious emails, please forward them to cmaxweb@cmaxcinema.com.au and contact the cinema immediately.
